Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can manage the full sales cycle remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect daily through 150+ outbound calls to engage decision-makers
  • Run full-cycle sales including rapport building, discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
  • Maintain a clean CRM, manage follow-ups, and track performance metrics to meet targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or closing role
  • Experience in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.com
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently
  • Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow professionally
