Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can manage the full sales cycle remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through 150+ outbound calls to engage decision-makers
- Run full-cycle sales including rapport building, discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
- Maintain a clean CRM, manage follow-ups, and track performance metrics to meet targets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or closing role
- Experience in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.com
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently
- Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow professionally
