Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Rep I to manage inbound and outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to lost and prospective customers to qualify leads and retain existing customers
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document agreements in CRM/SAP
• Deliver a positive customer experience while achieving sales expectations and promoting offers

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in business/office tools such as CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting leadership expectations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
