Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Rep I.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to lost and prospective customers to qualify leads and retain existing customers
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document agreements in CRM/SAP
• Deliver promotional offers and ensure a positive customer experience to increase sales

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in customer service
• Familiarity with CRM and office tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must comply with company policies, including passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
