Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls to assist clients in booking transportation solutions
- Leverage marketplace technology to create tailored trip quotes and streamline the booking process
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including revenue targets and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to handle 50-75 calls per day
- Proactive, self-driven mindset suitable for a remote-first work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent; sales certifications or additional training are a plus
- Experience with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
