Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance customer relationships while increasing sales revenue and margins
• Collaborate with logistics units and account managers to serve the customer base
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage shipping and payment issues

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in sales and/or sales administration
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma with relevant professional experience (2+ years); Bachelor's degree preferred
