Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Educate families on cord blood banking options and provide superior customer service
• Meet or exceed sales and client service goals while adhering to company policies
• Review recorded calls to identify best practices and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous inside sales or call center experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of contact management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel for training and meetings as needed
