Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold-call to obtain qualified leads, meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and assist with special projects or administrative tasks
• Participate in internal meetings and training sessions, and support cross-departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Experience with cold calling and handling objections
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop sales skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
