Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and cold-call to obtain qualified leads, meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and assist with special projects to support team efficiency
  • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions, and mentor new team members as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with cold calling and handling objections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
