Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold-call via phone and email to obtain qualified leads and meet performance benchmarks
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and assist with special projects and administrative tasks
• Participate in training sessions and support cross-departmental initiatives to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus
• Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to make cold calls and handle objections effectively
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment
