Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold-call to obtain qualified leads, meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
- Assist leadership with special projects and participate in meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to make cold calls and handle objections effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment
