Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and cold-call to obtain qualified leads, meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
  • Assist leadership with special projects and participate in meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Ability to make cold calls and handle objections effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment
