Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead inquiries and conduct scientific discovery calls
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing deals
- Identify prospective clients and execute targeted outbound campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in inside sales or business development within CRO, biotech, or life sciences
- Working knowledge of pre-clinical research and biomarker applications
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage and close deals independently
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
