Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely product and technical information
• Process customer transactions accurately and monitor order status for timely delivery
• Build relationships with customers and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, or a technical degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support role
• 2+ years of related experience in the technology industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
