Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers through inbound and outbound communications
• Process customer orders, requests for pricing, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
• Provide product information and promote upselling of products and services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of prior call center experience in a related field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to learn company enterprise systems
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
