Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and develop customer relationships remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 15-30 outbound calls daily to develop new business and enhance customer relationships
• Process customer orders and inquiries regarding pricing, product information, and availability
• Identify and resolve customer issues, providing product and service information while promoting upselling

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of prior call center experience in a related field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
