Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships within an assigned customer base through inbound and outbound communications
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and resolve issues while providing product and service information
• Maintain call logs, reports, and communicate trends in customer interactions to management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years prior call center experience in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn company systems
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
