Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and develop customer relationships remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 15-30 outbound calls daily to develop new business and increase customer engagement
• Process customer orders and inquiries regarding product pricing, availability, and issues
• Provide product information, promote upselling, and maintain accurate call logs and reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of prior call center experience in a related field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
