Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Sales/Inside Sales Representative to support their Business Development Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads generated through Salesforce and other channels
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and determine appropriate next steps
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and position solutions accordingly
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or account management
- Experience working in a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close smaller deals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
