Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Sales/Inside Sales Representative to support their Business Development Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads generated through Salesforce and other channels
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and determine appropriate next steps
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and position solutions accordingly
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or account management
  • Experience working in a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close smaller deals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
