Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound lead qualification and conduct outbound prospecting for Mid Market and SMB segments
  • Run the full sales opportunity lifecycle from discovery to closing, ensuring a strong customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide documentation for account transitions after closing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
  • 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or B2B customer engagement roles
  • Professional experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is required
  • Experience managing high volume inbound leads and outbound prospecting in a sales environment
  • Strong qualification, discovery, and closing skills
