Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative, responsible for engaging with prospective students in a remote, full-time position, making outbound calls to guide them toward fitness education certifications while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 120-200 outbound calls daily to prospective students
- Conduct phone consultations to identify goals and recommend training programs
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and close sales within a short cycle
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment
- Proven ability to maintain high activity levels with a focus on short-cycle closes
- Experience working in a fully remote setup with shift-based schedules
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
