Job Summary
Motivated by a high variable compensation structure, the temporary Inside Sales Representative will actively sell relocation services to Lump Sum and Limited Benefit customers, making initial contacts, analyzing customer needs, and closing sales while working in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Authorize and initiate contact with new Lump Sum/Limited Benefit customers, understanding their needs and aligning them with appropriate services
- Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure revenue collection while providing high levels of customer service
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and suppliers, coordinating with internal departments to meet customer commitments
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or higher, with some college education preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills
- Strong customer orientation and a passion for sales
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional telephone voice
- Good organizational and time management skills
