Job Summary

Driven by a passion for sales, the full-time Inside Sales Representative (Events) will manage the complete sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing new business, while working remotely to support local businesses in enhancing their visibility through event-based advertising and sponsorships.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
  • Conduct daily outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or outbound sales
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota expectations
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Confident communicator with strong phone presence and closing ability
  • Bachelor's degree or media/advertising sales experience is a plus
