Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for a fully remote position, responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting dental products and services while working collaboratively with the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and research targeting dental practices
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential clients about dental products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of dental products, equipment, or services is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Fluent proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written
