Job Summary
Motivated and relationship-driven, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with healthcare providers to promote electronic payment solutions, driving adoption and business growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach to healthcare providers through phone, email, and digital channels to promote payment solutions
- Educate healthcare organizations on the benefits of electronic payments and streamline reimbursement processes
- Build strong provider relationships and manage inbound and outbound leads to drive conversion and engagement
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, business development, or provider relations
- Preferred experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, fintech, or SaaS environments
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive customer adoption in a high-volume outreach environment
- Experience managing lead follow-up and pipeline activity or CRM systems is preferred
- BA/BS preferred but not required
