Job Summary

To support the growth of the Health Coach (HCI) course, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with prospective students through up to 150 calls daily, utilizing discovery questions to build rapport and convert warm leads into sales while working remotely within core business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective students to sell the Health Coach (HCI) course, utilizing rapport-building techniques
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of phone-based inside sales experience
  • Proven track record in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios
  • Prior experience with CRM tools
  • Personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching
  • Ability to communicate effectively and inspire prospective students to take action
