Job Summary
Working remotely from the Central or Eastern Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners about Yelp advertising programs
- Manage a diverse pipeline of clients using Salesforce and ensure customer satisfaction through the sales process
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while tracking daily performance metrics
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with high-volume outbound dialing and a strong comfort level with phone communication
- Proficiency in general computer skills, including Google Suite
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment and manage tasks independently
- Must possess current US work authorization
