Job Summary

Working remotely from the Central or Eastern Region of the United States, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners through high-volume outbound calls to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions and drive client growth while managing a pipeline of accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate business owners about Yelp's advertising programs
  • Manage a diverse client pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas while tracking daily performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily without fear of rejection
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Current US work authorization is required
