Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to provide tailored advertising solutions, manage client pipelines, and exceed monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate and strategize with business owners about Yelp's advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls
  • Manage a diverse client pipeline using CRM tools and navigate the sales process from qualification to close
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas while tracking daily performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Proficient in general computer skills and familiar with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • A distraction-free work environment is essential
  • Must possess current US work authorization
