Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to provide tailored advertising solutions, manage client pipelines, and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Educate and strategize with business owners about Yelp's advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls
- Manage a diverse client pipeline using CRM tools and navigate the sales process from qualification to close
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas while tracking daily performance metrics
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Proficient in general computer skills and familiar with Google Suite and Salesforce
- A distraction-free work environment is essential
- Must possess current US work authorization
