Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to promote and sell Yelp's advertising solutions, focusing on achieving monthly quotas and managing a pipeline of clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate business owners about Yelp's advertising programs
- Manage a client pipeline using CRM tools and provide tailored recommendations based on client needs
- Consistently track and exceed sales metrics to achieve monthly performance goals
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in general computer skills and email, particularly with Google Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork
- Must possess current US work authorization
