Job Summary
Working remotely from the Western Region of the United States, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising programs, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners regarding Yelp's advertising solutions
- Manage and track a pipeline of clients using Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while navigating rejection and maintaining a strong work ethic
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience making high volumes of outbound calls and a comfort level with phone-based sales
- Proficiency in general computer skills, including Google Suite
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment and manage tasks independently
- Current US work authorization is required
