Job Summary
Working remotely from the Western Region of the United States, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate business owners on Yelp's advertising programs
- Manage a diverse client pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while tracking daily performance metrics
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience making high-volume outbound calls
- Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment
- Current US work authorization
