Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising programs, manage a client pipeline, and achieve monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners about Yelp's advertising solutions
  • Manage and track a pipeline of clients using Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while navigating rejection and maintaining a positive attitude
Required qualifications
  • GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience making high volumes of outbound calls and proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
  • Must possess current US work authorization
