Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising programs and achieve monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners regarding Yelp's advertising solutions
- Manage a pipeline of clients using CRM tools, ensuring effective communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
- Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and potential upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily without fear of rejection
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
- Must possess current US work authorization and a distraction-free work environment
