Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising programs and achieve monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners regarding Yelp's advertising solutions
  • Manage a pipeline of clients using CRM tools, ensuring effective communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and potential upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
  • GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily without fear of rejection
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
  • Must possess current US work authorization and a distraction-free work environment
