Job Summary
Working remotely from the Central or Eastern Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them about Yelp's advertising programs, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners regarding Yelp's advertising solutions
- Manage and track a pipeline of clients using Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while effectively handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude
Required qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in general computer skills and email, with familiarity in Google Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily without fear of rejection
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to teamwork and integrity
- Current US work authorization and a distraction-free work environment
