Job Summary

Working remotely in the Western Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising programs, manage a client pipeline, and exceed monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners about Yelp's advertising solutions
  • Manage and track a pipeline of clients using Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining daily performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
  • Current US work authorization and a distraction-free work environment
