Job Summary

To grow the spend of underserved Pro customers, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will build relationships, generate new sales opportunities, and manage customer orders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive Pro sales by conducting market research, cold calling, and meeting with customers regularly
  • Facilitate sales through project management, tracking orders, and providing customer support
  • Conduct virtual sales calls to review product needs and ensure timely order fulfillment
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of education requirement
  • Experience in Inside or Outside Sales within B2B sales
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for documenting customer interactions
  • Ability to apply a consultative selling strategy to understand customer needs
  • Strong skills in generating interest and pursuing new business opportunities
