Job Summary
Proactively building client relationships, the full-time Inside Ad Sales Representative will engage with small to medium-sized business owners to offer marketing solutions, achieve revenue objectives, and maintain a balanced sales pipeline while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with business owners to present Care.com marketing solutions aimed at enhancing their customer base
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and close deals throughout the sales cycle
- Monitor daily call volume and achieve individual sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience with cold-calling sales
- Ability to commit to 100 dials and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time each day
- Strong organizational skills and a process-driven approach to managing sales activities
- Motivation and resilience with a self-starting mentality
