Job Summary
Proactively building client relationships, the full-time Inside Ad Sales Representative will engage with small to medium-sized business owners to offer marketing solutions, while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with business owners to provide Care.com marketing solutions that help achieve their goals
- Maintain a balanced pipeline of opportunities and close deals through the sales cycle
- Monitor daily call volume and achieve individual sales goals on a consistent basis
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proficiency in cold-calling sales
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 100 dials and 3 hours of talk time each day
- Strong organizational skills and a process-driven approach to managing sales activities
- Motivation and resilience with a self-starting mentality
