Job Summary
Proactively building client relationships, the full-time Inside Ad Sales Representative will engage with small to medium-sized business owners, focusing on offering marketing solutions to enhance their customer base and achieve business goals, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Interact with business owners to present Care.com marketing solutions
- Maintain a balanced pipeline and close deals throughout the sales cycle
- Monitor call volume and achieve individual sales goals consistently
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience with cold-calling sales
- Ability to commit to 100 dials and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time daily
- Organized and process-driven approach to managing sales activities
- Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and closing skills
