Job Summary
Proactively building client relationships, the full-time Inside Ad Sales Representative will engage with small to medium-sized business owners to offer marketing solutions, consistently achieving revenue objectives through cold calling and follow-ups in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with business owners to promote Care.com marketing solutions and help them achieve their goals
- Maintain a balanced pipeline of opportunities and close deals throughout the sales cycle
- Monitor daily call volume and achieve individual sales goals on a consistent basis
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience with cold-calling sales
- Ability to commit to 100 dials and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time each day
- Organized and process-driven approach to managing sales activities
- Strong motivation and self-starting mentality with resilience in a high-activity role
