Job Summary

Proactively building client relationships, the full-time Inside Ad Sales Representative will engage with small to medium-sized business owners to offer marketing solutions, achieve revenue objectives, and manage the sales cycle remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Interact with business owners to present Care.com marketing solutions aimed at growing their customer base
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline of opportunities and consistently close deals throughout the sales cycle
  • Monitor daily sales activities, achieving individual sales goals and collaborating with the management team on metrics
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven experience with cold-calling sales
  • Ability to commit to daily targets, including 100 dials and 3 hours of talk time
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-driven approach to managing sales activities
  • Motivated self-starter with resilience and problem-solving capabilities
