Job Summary
To support a growing surgical physician group, the remote Healthcare Inside Sales Representative will develop relationships with nursing home accounts, manage customer service interactions, and nurture leads through effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to build strong telephone relationships
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects while providing high-level support to the Vice President
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of Inside Sales or telemarketing experience preferred
- Phenomenal organizational skills and strong phone presence
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong listening and presentation skills
