Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will qualify inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline for Mid Market and SMB segments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage inbound lead qualification and conduct outbound prospecting to create sales opportunities
- Run the full opportunity lifecycle from discovery to closing, ensuring a strong customer buying experience
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide opportunity handoff documentation to the Account Management team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or B2B customer engagement roles
- Professional experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is required
- Strong qualification, discovery, and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with strong organization
