Job Summary
To support small and medium-sized businesses, the full-time remote Inside Sales Representative will engage in outreach to service providers, make up to 200 calls daily, and coach them on lead generation while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to service providers nationwide to discuss product offerings and value propositions
- Overcome objections and negotiate solutions while building trust with service providers
- Guide service providers through the background check process and ensure they meet sales targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in inside sales is a plus
- Motivation to exceed sales goals and a desire for continuous improvement
- Proven computer aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
