Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative in the Allied Division, the full-time remote position will reach out to healthcare providers to understand their career goals and match them with healthcare facilities in need of their services.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with healthcare providers to learn their career aspirations and facilitate suitable placements
- Build and maintain a network of interested providers to streamline the sales process
- Negotiate contracts to enhance gross margins while developing prospective business through various channels
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of sales experience in selling products or services
- Self-motivated with the ability to persevere in challenging markets
- Strong passion for sales with a proactive approach to achieving results
- Proven ability to persuade and influence clients using a consultative sales method
- Experience in developing business through multiple channels
