Job Summary
Supporting a high-demand renewals function, the contract Inside Sales Representative will manage a pipeline of customer renewal opportunities, engage customers via phone and email, and conduct outbound outreach, all while working in a hybrid environment with strong potential for long-term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of customer renewal opportunities
- Follow up on quotes and proactively engage customers via phone and email
- Track and update opportunities within CRM systems
Required qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, customer outreach, or call-based roles
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
