Job Summary

Assisting in the prospecting and growth of sales opportunities, the remote Inside Sales Representative will manage outbound calls, provide customer quotes, and maintain CRM records while ensuring excellent customer relations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Re-establish and expand growth potential for dormant and existing customers
  • Provide quotes, review sales orders for accuracy, and maintain accurate sales forecasts in the CRM
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing/Sales, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a technical product line, preferably in cellular data communications
  • Strong technical background in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies
  • Proven success in sales, particularly with OEMs, and ability to exceed sales goals
  • Product certification with demonstrable expertise in relevant technologies
