Job Summary
Acting as a Brand Ambassador for customers, the remote Inside Sales Representative will manage 40 to 50 inbound interactions daily, focusing on converting product interest into orders while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming chats, calls, and emails to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized customer records in Salesforce and proactively reach out to prospective customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and implement process improvements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment with a preference for sales experience
- Technological proficiency, particularly in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Flexibility in schedule availability, including potential weekend coverage
