Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the fully remote Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold calls and emails, maintain accurate records, and support team initiatives while meeting performance benchmarks.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect via phone and email to obtain qualified leads, consistently meeting performance benchmarks for calls and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
- Assist with special projects and support team efficiency through collaboration and participation in training sessions
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience making cold calls and handling objections
- Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills in a dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
