Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will qualify inbound leads, generate outbound pipeline, and support new logo acquisition within the Mid Market and SMB segments, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead qualification and conduct outbound prospecting to create opportunities in CRM
- Run the full opportunity lifecycle, including discovery, solution positioning, quoting, and closing deals
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide opportunity handoff documentation to the Account Management team after closing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or B2B customer engagement roles
- Experience working with high volume inbound leads and outbound prospecting in a sales environment
- Professional experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is required
- Strong qualification, discovery, and closing skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
