Job Summary
To expand and grow existing business, the remote Inside Sales Representative will manage assigned accounts, engage in consultative selling, and develop a strong customer base while residing in the central or eastern time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Contact regular and prospective customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction through timely product and pricing information
- Utilize ERP/CRM systems to maintain accurate customer profiles and account activity logs
- Identify potential new accounts and create sales plans to open new customers while participating in annual sales and margin budgeting processes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 4 years of experience in an inside sales position, preferably in the Automotive Aftermarket or Installer industry
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and customer relationship management software
- Excellent sales telephone and email skills, including discovery techniques and negotiation
- Adept at time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
